In Salon: We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. Full payment is required at the end of your appointment. 

Online: We accept all payments above plus PayPal and ShopPay.

Yes, we require all Clients to enter their card details upon booking to secure the appointment. If you book over the phone, you will receive an email or text to confirm your appointment with your card details.

Absolutely! We believe it is important to have a thorough consultation before any service. This allows us to get to know you, what you like and what you don’t, understand your hair history and your desired result. • Short Length = No longer than ears
• Medium Length = No longer than shoulders
• Long Length = Between shoulders & middle of back
• Extra Long Length = Below middle of back

We don't charge a booking fee, however we do require a credit/debit card to secure your appointment. Refer to our Booking & Cancellation Policy for more details.

We are located at the Southern end of Mount Sheridan Plaza, next to Jackleys Bakehouse. The closest entrance is between UBX and Cafe Cube, or the lift through the underground carpark, closet to the Car Wash Station.
